Service Description

Join me in exploring simple tools from yoga philosophy and Jungian psychology to take control of your life, feel calmer, and beat burnout. Session 1: We will explore core concepts, identify what is blocking you, and provide insight into how you can start making changes. Session 2: We will delve into aspects of your shadow, understand how accessing these can lead to real transformation, and learn about emotional integration. Session 3: We will examine elements of your background (family, culture, life experience) and how they may have contributed to your feelings of burnout. We will discuss how to work with these factors to make more considered life choices. Session 4: We will look to the future, explore further work you can do, and address any issues that have arisen in previous sessions for continued coaching.
