Service Description

If you want a fast route in to what is blocking you and some help to start to remove these blocks then this program will help you to become more focused, less stressed and start the individuation process. If you have never had a coach before and want to understand how it can help you this is a good place to start. I use the CreativeMind ™ method based on Carl Jung’s work on individuation, incorporating shadow work, dream interpretation, creative imagination, meditation and more to help you move past the constraints of your past conditioning and step into your true power. The base packages outlined can be made bespoke to suit your goals and timeframe. Whether it be success, relationships or self development we will diagnose where you want to go and help you to get there. 3 month Fast Track Introduction to Self • 6 calls (fortnightly) • E-mail support between calls • Bespoke meditation • Other tools to suit your goals (breathwork, dream interpretation, meditation, creative imagination) • £500 (or 3 payments of £170)
